NIBI Outreach

NIBI Outreach:

Dear Beloved Brethren in Christ,

As we have been planning and praying for some time, the Lord enabled us to arrange outreach in different places. One team went to Punjab, Haryana and Hanumangrah. They all had good time in the ministry.Another team went to Andhra Pradesh. Former and the present NIBI studentshelped us in the outreach. All meetings were well attended and the Lord enabledto minister the Word. We beseech your valuable prayers that the Lord may workin the hearts of the people and bring forth fruits. We also visited some of theformer NIBI graduates. It is a matter of great joy and we Praise God in seeingthem toiling hard in His Vineyard.

Lord willing we pray and plan for an extensive outreachwork in SHAHKOT, Punjab from Monday 17th June to Thursday 20th June2013. Shahkot, Punjab, is the home village of some of the believers in Alwar. Late Jagirchand had a great desire to see an Assembly testimony in hishome village, since he joined our fellowship. We already had one outreach inthis place and the response was tremendous. This time we are planning this work with the cooperation of all the Workers in Punjab. We plan to arrange Bible study, House visit and Outreach work during the day and Gospel Meetings in theevenings.  We beseech your valuable prayers for all the arrangements andthe financial needs. Pray that the Lord may help us to establish an Assembly testimony there, for there are some new believers in that place.

Regards,

In the Master’s work

Announcement

Do you have an Apple mobile device? Look for some exciting news about ECS courses being available on the iPod, iPhone, and iPad in the next few weeks. Pray for acceptance by Apple of our Bible Study App.

Prayer

South Africa – Marlon Govender

Please give thanks to the Lord for the opportunity for me to go into Leeuwkop Prison in Bryanston, Johannesburg, meet with the Religious Care Coordinator, discuss ECS, and then meet with many different prisoners. I also had the opportunity of meeting Edward Smith an inmate who co-ordinates ECS courses in Medium C. I have been invited to preach to at least 120 prisoners on Sunday, May 5, 2013, and thereafter to host a short workshop on ECS courses. Pray for wisdom and strength to share the gospel and promote ECS effectively.

Bible Book Challenge

Pray for the ECS Ministries graders as the final exams are coming in for grading. It is a great time of encouragement to see how God has blessed the participants of this year’s Challenge, but the additional grading adds a strain to the workload.

Pray for the Bible Book Challenge participants that they would have patience as they wait on final scores and certificates, and that the fruit of the Spirit of God would be evident in their lives.

Bangladesh – Asai Tripura

Please pray for us in Bangladesh. Because of strikes, we cannot maintain our schedule, programs, or activities. We cannot send materials to the students in time, cannot visit regularly, and are not getting back courses from the students. We are now at terrible situation. Please pray for our country, government, leaders, and people.

Serbia - Vladimir Majersky

Pray for the preparation of five additional ECS titles to be added to their curriculum. Editing is in process.

Pennsylvania

Pray for Life’s Key Ministry this week as Gary Griswold meets with PC Mary Ann Bell with the intention of replacing their current grading program with the ECS Ministries version.

Kansas

Please pray for Karen Abbott our latest Jail Impact Ministries Associate Instructor.

New York – Mike O’Conner

Mike is an Associate Instructor in Yonkers. Pray for improved health and help in following up with students.

Rhode Island – James Moriello

Praise for 72 courses competed so far in 2013.
